Residents in communities outside of Brownsville have requested that academic UTB/TSC classes be delivered closer to where they live.  Workforce Training and Continuing Education in collaboration with respective academic departments brings academic courses to Harlingen, Port Isabel, Raymondville, and San Benito.  The name of the program is the Off Campus Academics Program (OCAP.)
