Business Incubator Services

The IIC business incubator is designed to provide a newly formed or expanding business a professional setting that offers support for growth, but at an affordable price.

The newly constructed incubator has work spaces/offices for up to fourteen different companies. The spaces vary in size from 156 square feet to 1,100 square feet. Clients share the use of the reception area, two conference rooms, loading dock, and a break room. The IIC incubator offers a 24 hour, seven days a week access. It also features a complete security system with card readers, camera, and campus police.

Because IIC is located within the ITEC campus there is plenty of lighted parking, common areas, and local services.

The IIC Incubator is an integral part of the ITEC concept of education, technical training, international trade, and commerce. As such, IIC incubator clients will be in an environment that promotes business, provides resources such as export assistance, funding sources, and contacts.

All of the services listed as part of IIC are available to incubator clients.

In order to qualify, you must have a business plan and be recommended by the incubator
advisory committee.
