Office of Planning and Construction

Project Management

The Office of Construction, under the Division of Partnership Affairs, was established by the Board of Trustees to oversee the construction of the Bond Projects. UTB/TSC administration carries out the detailed management of the projects. The Assistant Vice President for Planning and Construction (AVPPC) serves as the campus representative to architects, contractors and consultants, chairs all Campus Advisory Committees, and reports to the President. The President, Provost, and Executive Council are Ex-Officio members of all CACs. The project management firm of Broaddus and Associates was selected by the Board of Trustees in June 2005 to assist in programming and construction phases of the projects, among other services.
