Ms. Rosemary Breedlove, a Washington state native, has been calling the
Valley home for over 30 years. Ms. Breedlove was elected to the Board of
Trustees in 1998. She served as Board Secretary from 1999 to 2001 and
has served as its Vice Chair until 2008. Ms. Breedlove has also served as Co-Chair of the Institutional
Effectiveness Partnership Committee, Chair of the UTB/TSC Development Board, member of the Physical
Facilities Subcommittee, and member of the Partnership Advisory Committee. She also serves as a board
member for several community organizations. She is a Texas Southmost College graduate and former faculty
member. Ms. Breedlove is a certified nurse practitioner holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from
Pan American University, a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from UT-Pan American and a Master
of Science in Nursing from UT-Health Science Center. Ms. Breedlove and her family operate the Inn at Chachalaca Bend, a popular Bed and Breakfast and resort in Los Fresnos.
