Mr. Eduardo A. Campirano is a life-long Brownsville resident. He was elected to the Board of Trustees in 1999 and was elected Co-Chair in 2008. In addition, he is a member of the Business Affairs Partnership Committee. Mr. Campirano began his education at Texas Southmost College. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree at Pan American University at Brownsville. Mr. Campirano was among those who established the first baseball team at Texas Southmost College. Mr. Campirano is the Port Director and CEO of the Port of Brownsville.
