Student housing is another important expansion component for UTB/TSC to meet its projected enrollment.

As UTB/TSC reaches out to draw more students from beyond a 30-mile radius of the campus, student housing must grow. As well, it must offer all the amenities that are expected from students seeking a campus living experience. The only current student housing facility, the old Holiday Inn Resort, is at maximum capacity – and there is a waiting list.
