Procedures

• All Program and Curriculum Action Requests must be submitted to the VPAA's office
  (Gorgas Hall D-100).
   

• You must supply the original and 19 copies of each document.
   

• All Program and Curriculum Action Requests must go through at least one reading at the
  University Undergraduate Committee level.
