Staff Senate has an upcoming event and we really need your help. We need volunteers to work at Sombrero Festival on Thursday, February 26, Friday, February 27, and/or Saturday, February 28, 2009.

We need volunteers to work two-hour shifts. It is real easy work - you will be checking for event bracelets at gate #1 on Madison Street.

Staff Senate is paid a small stipend for working this event. All funds collected go towards Staff Book Allowance Scholarships.

Please contact Christy Garza (our project chair) at 882-7818 to sign-up to work at this event. Christy can let you know what time slots are still available.
