Coffee Cake
Ingredients
one box of yellow cake mix
one box of instant vanilla pudding
Topping: 1 cup brown sugar
½ cup of crushed pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl, combine the dry instant pudding mix and the cake mix.
3. Prepare the cake batter according to the directions on the box.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the topping.
5. Grease and flour a 9x13” baking pan. Pour half of the batter into the pan.
Add half of the topping. Next, pour the rest of the batter and add the rest of
the topping.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
