   Update Guidelines

• Email updates to: studentaffairs@utb.edu
  
  
• All text should be embedded in a Word file.
  
  
• All images (.jpg, .gif, .png) should be emailed separately as attachments. Please do not embed images into Word or PowerPoint files.
  
  
• Do not send several large files in one e-mail, keep in mind file sizes. Eg. Email accounts can hold up to 50mb, but in reality keeping 10mb per email is more workable.
  
  
• Please bring large files, or large amounts of files (photos for a gallery) in flash drives or on CDs.
  
  
• Explanations for updates in emails, at times can be ambiguous, please be specific as possible, or better yet, meet with us in person.
