Use surveys, focus groups, and advisory boards to gain insight of to the needs of our students; to monitor student use of specific facilities, programs and services.
Create a multi-year student outcome assessment plan
Develop meaningful benchmarks with peer institutions to assist in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, services, and operations.
Develop databases to record facility, program, and service usage. Attention will be given in the design of database structures to create the capability for unit directors to analyze the data from multiple perspectives.
Define the expected student learning and personal development outcomes of new initiatives or targeted interventions.
