Kick It In Gear : A Kick Boxing Aerobics Class geared to improve your cardio endurance by meeting the needs of all types of work out levels. Work at your own pace and indulge yourself in a heck of a workout with Eva Ramirez and Esthela Valdes. Make sure to bring a towel!
Chizzle and Abs Blast : Get ready for a rush of energy and motivation as Belinda and Esthela works to define your enter-self and muscles. All movements are concentrated to hit the major muscle groups as well as to amplify your muscle endurance. Make sure you bring a towel!
Get to Stepp’n : This is a Step-Aerobics class that is targeted for muscular strength and endurance. There are step platforms and risers to increase the intensity of the workout. The instructors name is America and she will accommodate your personal level of fitness. Make sure you bring a towel!
YOGA : Come explore an exhilarating experience that will relieve you from any stress from outside these doors. Suzi and Sarva, and Kristina and Marisa, will provide for the ultimate spiritual experience. Try out this “Flow” style yoga to increase you strength, flexibility and stamina
Pilates : This is a class geared to concentrate on using the mind to control the muscle. It aims to improve core strength and stabilization. The exercise includes twisting, rolling, pushing, pulling and lengthening movements. Belinda will be instructing this class .
Salsa Dance : Try this new class that will guarantee to leave your feet burning and with a little pep in your step. The experience is unlimited to many different types of Salsa Merenge which will enable you to feel comfortable and confident when you decide to step out for an evening of dancing. Come join the fun!
