3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Booth Specifications: The exhibit fee includes one table and two chairs in an area size of 10 ft. deep x 10 ft. wide. Internet access and electricity is included (bring own extension cords).

Exhibit Fees: Feesinclude one (1) complimentary conference registration. Complimentary registrations are not transferable and do not include fee-related workshops or special events. Exhibitors agree to pay full conference registration fees for any additional exhibit personnel.

Cancellations: Cancellationsof exhibit space must be in writing and postmarked by the cancellation deadline of January 7, 2008. Cancellations are subject to a 50% penalty on the total booth rental. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 7, 2008.

Liability & Insurance: The exhibitor shall at all time protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Counselors’ Institute and UTB/TSC, their directors, agents, and employees, from all claims demands, action, lost, cost, or liability of every kind arising from or by reason of the vendor’s occupancy.

Agreement:

By typing your name into the box below, the above named exhibiting organization agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Counselors’ Institute and UTB/TSC. On the date last written below, this application becomes a contract and is binding on both parties.

The exhibitor releases the Counselors’ Institute, UTB/TSC and their representatives from any and all liability (see Liability & Insurance above) while exhibiting at this Institute.

Processing of payment does not constitute acceptance nor guarantee of space availability. Payment will be refunded by the Counselors’ Institute if the exhibitor is not accepted or space is not available. The Counselors’ Institute will not knowingly accept advertisements, sponsorships or exhibitors that discriminate on the basis of ethnic group, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age and/or disability.
