• Develop outstanding male and female colligate chess teams

• Recruit and scholarship top chess players from Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley

• Provide exemplary community outreach programs that facilitate instruction, increase participation, and improve the level of play for Pre K – 12 students, coaches, teachers, and parents.

• Become the chess program of choice for top-rated players from Mexico and Latin America

• Provide coaching at the highest level of chess instruction
