• Read the cover letter and all accompanying instructions.

• Complete the application form including the three essay questions.
  

• Provide referral cover page and forms to 3 individuals for references (1 of the 3 needs to be UTB/TSC faculty/staff that has worked with you). Submit each letter of recommendation in a signed, sealed envelope to the faculty representative. All returned letters of recommendation must be in a sealed envelope with the evaluator’s signature across the seal of the envelope.
  

• Compose a leadership Résumé outlining campus involvement and/or community service activities and other applicable qualities.

• Verify that you signed the application.
  

• Attach the application form, your résumé, responses to the essay questions, and the three letters of reference (sealed signed envelopes) as your application packet and submit to:
