1. Budget: Victor Fuhro reported that the 1999-2000 budget would be submitted to U.T. System by the end of next week.

2. HOOP Policies:  Betsy Boze distributed updated versions of the policies regarding duties of chairs and duties of deans.  Members recommended that the policy on chair duties be sent to the Academic Senate for review.  The policy on the duties of deans will be revised and brought back for further review.

3. Deans/Chairs Workshop: Members discussed topics for the Deans/Chairs Workshop that will take place during the last two weeks of July.  Carolyn Green will produce a draft agenda for discussion at the next meeting.
