
Application Requirements
All application requirements must be fulfilled before posted application deadline.
1. Copy of official high school transcript. 7 semester transcript will be used for selection purposes. Application is not complete without a copy of high school transcript. You must be ranked in the top 10% of our high school graduation class based on a 7th semester transcript.

2. Completion of Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( www.fafsa.ed.gov ). A completed SAR report must be received by the Financial Aid Office before March 1 of every year. Federal Financial Aid application processing times vary and students are highly encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Students without FAFSA information submitted to the university will not be considered. Students who do not complete their submit a FAFSA by the stated deadline will lose the scholarship. Copy of evidence of completion by posted deadline is required. Assistance with the FAFSA is available on campus at :

Not all students who apply will be selected to receive the scholarship. It is the student’s responsibility to turn in documents within the stated deadline and contact UTB/TSC to inquire about acceptance. Students awarded the scholarship will be contacted via email and telephone. Students selected to receive the award must accept the award and sign an acceptance letter or they will not be considered for the scholarship. This is a competitive merit based scholarship and not all applicants who apply will be selected. Some awards are based on need.
