ITECC
International, Technology, Education and Commerce Campus

ITEC Campus is where business and industry meet with education. A 647,000-square foot complex set on 48 acres, ITECC is home to a host of projects and programs all aimed at economic growth.

UTB/TSC’s technical training programs, Workforce Training and Continuing Education (WTCE), the Language Institute and the Brownsville Police Academy comprise the academic portion of this facility. Business and industry are represented by international banking and business services and a business incubator that has already helped create more than 40 businesses and 1,000 jobs for community. Also, ITECC is the location of the offices of the Mexican Consulate (Consulado de Mexico) and the Brownsville Economic Development Council (BEDC).
