Eidman I

Eidman I is a lecture hall
style classroom.
Instructors can display their material with media aids such as compact
discs, audio tapes, VHS or DVD videos, laser discs, PC or Mac programs, or
simply overhead transparencies with the help of the already installed
multimedia equipment.
The seating capacity for this room is 183 |

The room is equipped with a
multimedia console that contains the following items:
* Dell computer (Windows XP, MS Office 2002)
* Apple computer G4
* 15" monitor (w/display selection switcher)
* VGA (15-pin) connection for laptop
* Overhead projector, 3M
Console is secured and locked when not in use.

Eidman I is also equipped
with a rack system that supports the equipment in the multimedia console.
The system is controlled manually and it contains the following items:
* Color display monitor
* MLC projector and switch controller
* Audio selector
* Audio/video receiver (surround sound)
* VHS/DVD video player
* CD player (5 disc)
* Cassette player (double deck)
* Additional equipment may be added with prior arrangement with our office |

The ceiling mount Sony
projector is also part of the equipment in this room. It projects onto a 12
feet wide electric screen mounted on to the wall.
NOTE: For security reasons the console and system rack
must be locked when not in use. To have the equipment available, users must
contact Media Services with a 24-hours advance notice to have the equipment
set up. Special arrangements are required for weekend and after-hours
requests (one week prior to event).
