This page lists several audiovisual
items that can be scheduled to be checked out by staff, faculty &
administration personnel. Also, a permanent equipment image
map is displayed to show audiovisual equipment installed around campus. For
instructions or training on how to properly use the equipment permanently
installed in several rooms around campus, such as media consoles, televisions
and video cassette players, an appointment must be placed with our office at
least one day prior to the event or by attending any of the training sessions
our office schedules for staff, faculty and administration. Students may request
equipment from Media Services for class presentations or special events with the
proper approval of the instructor, club sponsor, or the Media Director.
Media equipment MUST be requested at least 24 hours in advance (one
working day) or one working week for events that require special arrangements
(PA systems, off campus deliveries, videotaping, etc).
A request for media equipment can be placed by submitting an online request by
clicking the on line request button or the request link at the top or bottom of
each page in this site. Request can also be place by
coming to our office in South 125. All request must be submitted by 6pm
(4pm on Fridays) one business day prior to event.
All media equipment is subject to availability. Once delivered, the requesting
person is fully responsible and liable for every item issued.
Note: Requests of items for off-campus use must be accompanied by a
Request
to Remove Property From Campus form. All proper signatures and
authorizations must be included before the item is issued out (requestor,
department chair, VP if applicable).
