This fall marks the beginning of my 27th year at The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College. If you were to ask me if I was tired or bored with teaching at the same place for all this time, I would have to honestly say "No". Each year I try to teach different and new courses and am always changing those courses that I have taught before. Ours is an ever-changing field and one that requires each of us to master new software and technology as it appears on the market. I am here for you, the student, so if you ever have a question or need something clarified, come by my office to see me!
Mrs. Castillo and I just attended our 30th high school reunion this summer. We saw many people we hadn't seen for a long time and had a very good time talking about those times in our youth that were so long ago. We even danced "the chicken dance, the twist, and the macarena!"
