Terence Garrett

Terence Garrett received his BA in History in 1983 from University of Oklahoma, his MA in 1990 from the University of Central Oklahoma, and his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 with field concentrations in public administration, comparative politics and international relations.  Dr. Garrett has numerous publications regarding these fields and has over ten years of University teaching experience.
