Dr. Charles W. Chapman

Charles W. Chapman received his J.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. After beginning his practice of law, he served, at various times, as the Police Advisor, Municipal Court Prosecutor, Assistant City Attorney, and Acting City Attorney for the City of San Marcos, Texas. He also served a four year term as the elected Criminal District Attorney for Hays County, Texas.  He teaches Constitutional Law (Civil Liberties and Federalism), Judicial Process, Legislative Process, the American Presidency, and Public Law.
