| To remove “Field Code Changed” please follow instructions below: |

1. Make sure the form is open and you see “Field Code Changed” |
 |
|
2. On the menu bar click on “Tools” |
 |
|
3. Select “Options…” |
 |
|
4. Select the “Track Changes” Tab, remove the check for “Use balloons in Print and Web layout” and you are done. |
