Edith Galy
has been with the
University

Texas
at Brownsville since 1997
. She holds a PhD in International Business from the
University
of
Texas–Pan American. Her current research interests are in Organizational Learning, Absorptive Capacity of Information Technologies, Cross-Cultural Influences of IT Adoption and Change Management. She has published articles in the Journal of Global Information Management; The Journal of International Technology and Information Management;
The Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship;
and The International Journal of Knowledge, Culture and Change Management.
