HIKING AND CAMPING I
love the out of doors. There
is nothing I enjoy more than getting out into a wilderness with friends or
family, or even by myself. Here
are a few outdoor pictures.
FIREFIGHTING I
have been a volunteer firefighter for the last 10 years with the Los
Fresnos Volunteer Fire Department. It
is demanding, exciting and rewarding work.
Here are some pictures of our department.
TRAVEL I
enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. I like to go far and often so I always go cheap.
I think I meet more authentic people that way, too.
HOMESTEADING My
wife and I built our home in the country a mile away from the nearest
neighbor. We lived a long
while without electricity, water, phone or paved roads.
We have more neighbors and amenities now but we have loved raising
our three children and living a semi pioneer life.
