Dr. Salinas is a former city prosecuting
attorney for the city of Springfield, Missouri. She has taught courses
at Aquinas College, Sam Houston State University, and at the Round Rock
Higher Education Center of Texas State University-San Marcos. She
joined the UTB faculty in 2004.
