Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs Victor Fuhro is greeted by Sylvia Perez during his retirement reception Oct. 27 in the SET-B third-floor conference room. Fuhro joined Texas Southmost College in 1984, serving in various capacities. During the TSC board of trustees meeting on Oct. 26, UTB/TSC President Juliet V. García said of Fuhro: “He’s been an extraordinary colleague to all of us and through many years.”
