MONDAY OCT. 22, 2007 - The College of Liberal Arts held its first United Nations Day competition Wednesday, Oct. 24 with about 400 seniors from Brownsville’s five public high schools participating.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The keynote speakers scheduled to appear at 10:15 a.m. in the Gran Salon are U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Antonio Garza, a Brownsville native, and Matamoros-based U.S. Consul in Tamaulipas Cecilia B. Elizondo Herrera.
