I joined the university in the summer of 2003. Before coming to UTB/TSC, I had worked and taught in India, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, and Australia.
My main teaching and research interests are in the areas of writing, English for specific Purposes (ESP), English for Academic Purposes (EAP), learning support, and linguistics, including grammar.
For a number of years I also worked as coordinator in student learning support programs, such as the writing centers and learning assistance centers.
At UTB, I teach courses in composition, developmental writing, linguistics, English grammar.
