GEOL 4350 Geoscience Field Excursion

A study of the geology of a selected region Texas or Mexico with several 1-2 day field trips in order to map and study the field relationship of the geologic features. Special emphasis is given to stratigraphic, geomorphologic, structural and/or tectonic relationships of the designated study area.

Prerequisite: GEOL 1303 and GEOL 1103, or GEOL 1304 and GEOL 1104 all with a C or better or permission of the instructor.
