Class Descriptions

Power Sculpting

 

A 60 minute workout using plyometrics, weights and balls for a full body workout. Come define your shape!

Cut to the Core

 

Abs and more. Get ripped with an intense / high rep ab workout that will get you noticed.

Body Blast

 

Classic body sculpting at its finest. A full body workout that will have you using weights, steps and mats.

Sweat Mania

 

Train like an athlete inside and out. Prepare to sweat like ironmen and ironwomen!

Step it UP

 

Come join this high energy step session designed to create a fun and effective workout to start the evening.

Kickboxing

 

Total body workout that totally kicks butt. A high intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat.

Yoga

 

An hour and a half of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. You will now have emotional stability and clarity in body, mind, and spirit
