Scorpion libero Joanna Knight received the Red River Athletic Conference Women’s Volleyball Libero of the Week award for the dates of October 9-15.

Knight, a junior libero from Denton, supplied 115 digs to fuel UTB/TSC’s defensive effort in a 3-1 week in addition to committing just two receiving errors in 98 total passing attempts. She compiled 38 digs as UTB/TSC swept Lubbock Christian University and added 30 more in a loss to Houston Baptist University. Knight also contributed four service aces on the week.

Kelani Keoho of Southwestern Assemblies of God University received Player of the Week honors and Jennifer Irwin of Texas Wesleyan University received the Setter of the Week award.
