Six Scorpions Named to All-Conference Team

Six members of the UTB/TSC men's soccer team have been named to the 2007 Red River Athletic Conference All-Conference Team, as voted by the conference's head coaches.

Coach Dan Balaguero was named RRAC Coach of the Year.

Senior captain Mark McCormick was named Newcomer of the Year and was also selected to the First Team as a midfielder.

Also named to the first team were forward Fernando Mendoza, defender David Purser and goalkeeper Juan Gamboa.

Named to the second team were forward-midfielder Marko Malovic and midfielder Aaron Scutt.
