Scorpions Compete in Trinity
University Alamo City Classic

SAN ANTONIO -- The UTB/TSC men's
golf team will participate in
the Trinity University Alamo
City Classic Golf Tournament at
the Rivers Crossing Golf Course
Monday and Tuesday, October
15-16.
The Scorpion golfers are looking to repeat the success they had when they finished in third place at The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Fall Invitational October 2.
Sophomore Chris Milligan won the men's division with a 36-hole total of 142. He tied the school record with an opening-round score of 67.
Because of the intense competition on the squads this season, Coach Bob Lucio is holding qualifying rounds in practice to determine the Scorpion teams.
Milligan, Anthony Lopez, Jones Mitchell, Jerry Borgogni, and freshman O.J. Moreno will make up the Scorpion men's team. Playing as individuals will be Nate Atkins, Victor Calzada and Brock Crosson.
At the UMHB Tournament, Moreno had a 146, Mitchell 150, Lopez 152, Calzada 155, Crosson 161, Borgogni 166, and Atkins 168.
