
Members of the Scorpion squad held a World Series draft October 25. Captains for the Navy Team were Walter Blume and Trey Garcia. Captains for the Orange Team were Scott Price and Jacob Yousif.
Julian Moya, a sophomore pitcher, was the first pick of the draft by the Navy team.
A rock-paper-scissors contest at the end determined the home team for the series.
The Scorpion World Series games will be played at 7 p.m. at Scorpion Field on the following dates:

Game 2: Tuesday, October 30
Game 3: Wednesday, October 31
Game 4: Friday, November 2
Game 5: Monday, November 5
Game 6: Tuesday, November 6
Game 7: Thursday, November 8
