Scorpions Host Poza Rica on Wednesday, Thursday in Final 4 Games

HOUSTON -- The UTB/TSC baseball team will host Instituto Tec Superiores de Poza Rica in doubleheaders at 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, April 25-26, at Scorpion Field, in their final games of the season.

The Scorpions (17-25-1) lost a doubleheader to Texas A&M International University on Monday, April 23 by scores of 9-8 and 9-1.

The Poza Rica doubleheaders will be seven-inning games. The two teams were scheduled to play in early February but the games were postponed because the Petroleros did not prepare international paperwork properly.
