Information
The University of Texas at Brownsville has been a member of The
University of Texas System since 1991. In cooperation with
Texas Southmost College, The University serves over 10,000 students at its
campus located in Brownsville,
Texas. In Partnership with Texas Southmost College, The
University offers a wide range of courses from Associate and Baccalaureate
degrees to graduate classes and continuing education.
Office
Mission Statement
The Office of Admissions staff at the University of Texas at Brownsville
and Texas Southmost College will continue to work creatively and
diligently to attain optimal enrollment, support the academic mission of
the University, and enhance student success.In so doing, we will value and respect others regardless of
circumstances. We aspire to become a service leader on campus, as
well as a national model for quality admissions services.
